Shane Salminen, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing | 31 Years of Experience
Shane brings decades of nursing leadership in both hospital and community care settings. With a deep understanding of adult health, chronic conditions, and rehabilitation, Shane oversees medical coordination and ensures every participant receives safe, respectful care. His calm presence and clinical expertise provide a strong foundation for our care team.

April Salminen, ASN
Administrator | 38 Years of RN Experience
April is the heart behind A Heavenly Acre. With specialized experience in rehabilitation and surgical nursing, and more than 7 years leading adult day services, she brings both professional excellence and spiritual care to our center. April’s hands-on leadership and warm spirit help create the peaceful, family-like atmosphere we’re known for.

Respite for Caregivers
Our services provide much-needed relief for family caregivers, allowing them time to work, rest, or take care of personal responsibilities—knowing their loved one is safe, engaged, and loved.
